BK Behavior is seeking dedicated RBTs to join a growing ABA practice that supports families across the United States. You can work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in our service states, setting your own schedule and caseload.

New hires receive a two-month paid training and ongoing CEUs, with a fast-paced but supportive team. This part-time role offers competitive pay, flexibility, and growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
