Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking BCBA/RBT aligned clinicians to deliver ABA services across the USA. You will provide one-on-one ABA interventions in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

The role offers flexible, part-time schedules, same-day pay, and access to ongoing CEUs with strong clinical support. Training is provided to help you grow within a collaborative network.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services with children or families.
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for family coaching.
• Familiarity with data collection and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building plans and track session data.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and families for ongoing support.
