BK Behavior offers ABA services nationwide with flexible part-time roles and the option to work remotely from anywhere in the USA. We provide two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, and strong clinical support while you build your schedule around your life.

Compensation reflects experience and a commitment to quality care for children with autism. Roles start part-time, with scheduling autonomy, and pathways for growth within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
