Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking BCBA professionals for flexible, part-time ABA work. You can work from home anywhere in the USA or provide in-person care in any service state, and you set your own schedule around your life.

We offer a two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, clinical support, mentor guidance, and a strong peer network to help you grow. Start part-time with the potential to expand your caseload and earnings while delivering evidence-based services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community locations.
• All positions start off part-time and may require a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
