Qualifications

• Proven ability to evaluate and comment on trading strategies with market realism.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated trading strategies for rates products and provide feedback based on real market dynamics.
• Assess realism and market viability of AI outputs for rates markets.
• Offer structured, actionable commentary on algorithmic strategies and decision rationale.
