• Current or former Rates Trader at an investment bank or hedge fund.
• Extensive experience trading rates products including swaps, swaptions, futures, SOFR/Eurodollar, and repo.
• Strong understanding of pricing, risk management, and market structure.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated trading strategies for rates products.
• Assess viability across rate instruments (swaps, swaptions, futures, SOFR/Eurodollar, repo).
• Provide structured feedback on algorithmic trading decisions and strategy performance.
