OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a rates trading expert to evaluate AI-generated trading strategies, judging realism, live-market viability, and desk risk considerations.

You will review the strategies and the reasoning behind them, then explain conclusions in clear written feedback. The role is remote, part-time contractor work, requiring English fluency and current or former rates-trading experience at a leading bank or hedge fund.

Formación

• Must have current or former rates trading experience at an investment bank or hedge fund.
• Extensive hands-on experience with interest rate swaps, swaptions, Treasury futures, Eurodollar or SOFR products, and repo instruments.
• Strong understanding of rates-market structure, pricing, and risk management.
• Ability to evaluate quantitative or systematic strategies and judge real-world applicability.
• Preferred: algo/trading-system experience on a Rates desk at VP/Director level.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated rates trading strategies for realism and live-market viability.
• Assess strategy logic and the reasoning behind model outputs.
• Provide clear written feedback to improve AI training and trading-system integration.
• Identify misalignments between AI recommendations and actual trading desk practices.
• Suggest improvements to accuracy and sophistication of AI-generated trading logic.
