Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree – BS/BA required.
• 3+ years of pharma/biotech or medical device selling; or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Ability to discuss therapeutic strategies with decision makers.
• Ability to apply clinical and business expertise in selling.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
• Reside within or near the assigned geography.
• Adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with targeted HCPs and staff to discuss needs and product fit.
• Engage with physicians at specialty clinics and hospitals to drive product demand.
• Use consultative selling to meet patient and clinical objectives.
• Manage territory marketing and promotional speaker program budgets per compliance.
• Share best practices and participate in regional/national meetings.
• Document account profiles and activities in the CRM system.
