Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Community Development Manager to drive the rare disease portfolio in West Northern California via remote leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will expand the business, educate prescribers, and build account plans to meet patient access and growth goals.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare.
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze markets and develop innovative solutions to drive sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to provide disease awareness, product knowledge, and referral support.
• Identify and pursue potential patient opportunities through strategic prospecting methods.
• Manage 5 therapeutic areas and 7 brands.
• Build and execute clear account plans.
• Achieve and exceed patient sales targets.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits of the Sanofi RD portfolio.
• Build awareness of signs and symptoms of lysosomal storage disorders.
• Educate on diagnosis pathway, tests, and free testing programs.
• Educate on product administration and adherence.
• Support referral networks to manage treatments.
• Convey complex clinical and reimbursement information to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sanofi teams across functions.
• Travel to assigned accounts and regions as needed.
