Job summary

Sanofi Inc. is seeking a Community Development Manager for the East – New England region. This remote position focuses on expanding rare disease care pathways, securing formulary access, and driving sales growth with key healthcare providers and digital leads to identify undiagnosed patients.

You will develop deep scientific knowledge of xLSDs, educate prescribers, and co-create value plans with the CSAD to achieve regional targets. Travel to assigned accounts will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with track record of results.
• Strategic sales thinker able to analyze complex markets and develop solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.
• Digital literacy and a digital-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 5 therapeutic areas, 7 brands, and building/account plans.
• Make decisions and plans with a business+science mindset.
• Achieve and exceed patient sales targets.
• Build and execute clear account plans.
• Cultivate a diverse network of healthcare providers.
• Educate on benefits of Sanofi RD portfolio and educate on xLSDs.
• Develop scientific understanding of xLSDs and Sanofi offerings.
• Build awareness of signs/symptoms of xLSD diseases and proper diagnosis pathway.
• Educate on diagnostic tests and free testing programs.
• Convey clinical benefits, efficacy, and safety of Sanofi products.
• Educate on product administration and adherence.
• Support referral network to appropriate specialists.
• Communicate complex reimbursement information to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sanofi team members across functions.
• Travel as needed to assigned accounts.
