Job summary

Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program guiding ARRT eligibility, partnering with healthcare employers to fund and operate the curriculum, accreditation, and clinical components.

You will shape program design, oversee credentialing, completion, and placement outcomes, and collaborate with policy, partnerships, and operations teams. This build role focuses on establishing a scalable, compliant program with regular travel to partner sites and reporting to the Imaging Programs

Qualifications

• Texas-based with travel availability.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification
• Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology
• Prior Program Director experience of an accredited radiography program
• 5+ years of clinical experience in radiography
• Familiarity with program accreditation and regulatory compliance, including JRCERT and ABHES accreditation requirements and process
• Strong data and technical literacy, prioritizing leading indicators over retrospective, end-of-year metrics

Responsibilities

• Program design and curriculum: Develop curriculum meeting accreditor standards and guidance.
• Outcomes, accreditation, and compliance: Own metrics for completion, graduation, ARRT pass rate, and job placement; track indicators and intervene as needed.
• Partnerships and faculty leadership: Engage with employer partners; build and lead didactic and clinical faculty.
• Travel and teaching: Travel to partner sites for feasibility, labs, and accreditation visits; potentially teach cohorts.
