You will support the RANES team to securely deliver critical radiology findings to providers, contacting physicians and on-call staff to ensure timely delivery and acknowledgment, while maintaining accurate records for HIPAA compliance. The role requires comfort in fast-paced environments, the ability to manage high call volumes, and clear communication with medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to document and multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with healthcare providers.
• Experience using ITSM tools and contact center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor active communication queues and deliver urgent messages to healthcare providers regarding critical radiology findings.
• Contact physicians, clinics, and hospitals according to established protocols and escalation procedures.
• Ensure providers acknowledge receipt of communicated findings in accordance with compliance standards.
• Maintain precise, real-time records of all communication attempts, outcomes, and provider acknowledgments.
• Escalate unresolved communications to supervisors to ensure high-priority cases receive immediate attention.
• Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
