Job summary

Healthrise is seeking experienced, U.S.-based Radiology Coders to support our revenue cycle services in Diagnostic Radiology or Interventional Radiology (IR). Coders translate radiology and procedural documentation into accurate, compliant claims data with precision.

Review imaging reports, assign CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM codes, and maintain HIPAA compliance. This is a remote role with a six-month minimum engagement and production/accuracy expectations defined with the client.

Qualifications

• Active professional coding credential in good standing (CPC/CCS/CCS-P).
• Minimum 2 years radiology coding experience (Diagnostic or IR track).
• Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS Level II, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and NCCI edits.
• Located in and authorized to work in the United States.
• Available for a full six-month minimum engagement.
• Reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Review radiology reports and support documentation and assign CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM codes.
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks defined with the client.
• Query providers for clarification and track responses to resolution.
• Maintain PHI confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Code interventional or diagnostic procedures in the respective track.
