Job summary

Radiology Partners seeks an IT professional to support outpatient applications such as RIS, 3D imaging, mammo tracking, and online scheduling. You will ensure stable operation through maintenance and timely issue resolution across radiology information systems.

The role includes upgrades, site rollouts, migrations, and conversion projects, with healthcare IT experience and radiology domain knowledge highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems or related discipline; work experience in IT preferred
• 2–3 years in clinical application support preferred
• Knowledge of PACS, HL7, RIS, and voice recognition systems
• Healthcare experience, radiology preferred
• Experience with ticketing/service desk systems; ServiceNow preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of outpatient applications including RIS, 3D imaging, mammo tracking, scheduling and related apps
• Provide accurate, timely maintenance and support for specified systems
• Troubleshoot problems and issues
• Manage application upgrades, site rollouts, and migrations
• Lead or assist on conversion projects
