Job summary

Experity, a mission-driven team transforming on‑demand healthcare, is hiring a recruiter to build a pipeline of radiologists across the U.S. You will place advertisements, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews in partnership with Radiology and Credentialing teams.

You’ll draft Independent Contractor agreements, support onboarding, and deliver regular recruitment status updates to leadership. A Bachelor's in Business or HR and 3 years of recruiting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR or equivalent.
• Three years experience in recruiting or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit radiologists and place advertisements.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
• Draft Independent Contractor agreements and coordinate onboarding.
• Collaborate with Credentialing and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Provide recruitment status reports to leadership.
