Qualifications

• Associate''s degree or 4+ years of experience or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in Information Security.
• 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and delivering RACF security and mainframe technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM and RACF capabilities across the bank.
• Lead and mentor a team of Mainframe Engineers.
• Lead response to RACF-related security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IAM/Enterprise/Application Architects to align mainframe designs with patterns.
• Support vendor evaluations and technology recommendations.
• Help define IAM program strategy, roadmap, and milestones.
