Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a RACF Mainframe Security Engineer to lead delivery and implementation of IAM technologies across the bank. This remote role requires strong expertise in RACF, mainframe security, and IAM lifecycle management.

You will partner with IAM architects, enterprise and application teams, mentor a group of Mainframe Engineers, and guide incident response and governance to sustain identity and access controls across cloud and on-premise environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of information security experience.
• 6+ years delivering RACF security and mainframe technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM capabilities for RACF and mainframe.
• Maintain RACF security engineering systems and operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Mainframe Engineers.
• Collaborate with IAM and enterprise architects to align designs.
• Lead RACF security incident responses and corrective actions.
• Support vendor assessments and technology evaluations.
