Job summary

The candidate will lead a team, coordinate with architects, and guide incident response and ongoing RACF projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise IAM designs and security governance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in information security.
• 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and delivering RACF security and mainframe technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and sustain Identity and Access Management capabilities.
• Participate in day-to-day RACF security engineering operations.
• Lead development of cyber security solutions.
• Refine work with IAM architects to implement mainframe technologies.
• Assist with vendor relationships and evaluations.
• Provide leadership to a team of Mainframe Engineers.
• Foster learning and collaboration within the team.
• Lead RACF-related security incident response and corrective actions.
• Delivery of IAM and RACF program strategy and milestones.
