Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a RACF Mainframe Security Engineer to lead delivery and implementation of IAM technologies across the bank.

This remote role focuses on sustaining RACF and mainframe security, collaborating with IAM architects, and guiding a team of engineers to ensure secure access management.

You will participate in incident response and drive program strategy with the Portfolio Manager to achieve business value.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 4+ years of information security experience is required.
• Experience delivering RACF security and mainframe technologies.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and security governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM and RACF security capabilities for the bank.
• Lead day-to-day operations of the RACF/security engineering team.
• Develop and maintain cyber security solutions for mainframe environments.
• Collaborate with IAM and application architects to align mainframe designs.
• Assist with vendor relationships and evaluations.
• Provide leadership to a team of Mainframe Engineers.
• Lead RACF-related incident response and corrective actions.
