Job summary

Huntington National Bank is hiring a RACF Mainframe Security Engineer to deliver and sustain IAM technologies across the bank. The role emphasizes RACF, RACF reports, and mainframe governance, with remote work options in a flexible banking environment.

You will lead RACF-related security initiatives, coordinate with IAM architects, and drive cybersecurity solutions for mainframe systems while supporting vendor assessments and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 4+ additional years or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Information Security.
• 6+ years of experience gathering requirements and delivering RACF security and mainframe technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IAM and RACF capabilities across the bank.
• Maintain RACF security and mainframe systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of Mainframe Engineers.
• Collaborate with IAM and Enterprise Architects to align RACF with designs.
• Respond to RACF-related security incidents and implement corrective actions.
