- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with RACF tooling like zSecure.
Responsibilities
- Analyze mainframe security environments using TSS/ACF2 and develop a migration strategy.
- Lead complex migrations from TSS/ACF2 to RACF with minimal downtime.
- Develop migration plans for Planning, Conversion, Implementation, and Cutover.
- Install and migrate RACF profiles, rules, permissions, and access controls.
- Utilize zSecure and RACF utilities to analyze and automate tasks.
- Collaborate with system programmers, network engineers, and owners.
- Provide post-migration support, tuning, and validation.
- Deliver RACF training sessions and SME guidance.
