Job summary

ssfcucareers is seeking a Senior RACF/Mainframe Security Specialist to manage user accounts on z/OS and related platforms. You will implement RACF access rules, monitor SSL/TLS certificates, and lead security projects in a complex mainframe environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of RACF, TSO/ISPF, OMVS, and certificate management, plus extensive experience with security audits, policy enforcement, and onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Information Systems.
• IBM z/OS environment with RACF experience.
• 8+ years in IBM z/OS and 6+ years in RACF (or 10+ years with 8+ RACF).

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts across Mainframe platforms (creation/deletion/management).
• Run ad-hoc reports and troubleshoot access issues.
• Lead RACF security projects in a complex Mainframe environment.
• Review RACF activity and produce violation and detail reports.
