Ferguson seeks a Quotations Specialist to develop quotations for Renovations, focusing on Multifamily and Hospitality projects. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver accurate quotes for regional and national opportunities.

Remote work is fully supported, or hybrid arrangements near our Newport News, VA HQ may be available per policy. Applicants should have strong estimating software experience and solid pricing analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction-related quotations or estimating experience.
• Proficiency with Planswift, Quotesoft, Bid Tracer, Salesforce or similar estimating/CRM software.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 applications, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications and customer requirements with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze pricing structures and margins for profitability.

Responsabilités

• Review project specifications to create detailed proposals aligned with objectives.
• Provide pricing recommendations to sales, project management, and leadership teams.
• Execute quotation activities per SOPs and identify process improvements.
• Engage with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Analyze quotation trends, pricing variances, and market conditions for margin gains.
• Analyze drawings, bills of material, and layouts.
• Independently manage complex, high-value quotation opportunities with multiple suppliers.
• Send completed quotes to FEI sales reps or customers.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, process improvements, reporting, and operational excellence.
