ACM Global Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Quality Vendor Management Intern to support the Quality and Compliance team in evaluating third-party vendors and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will assist with vendor qualification, audit preparation, documentation review and performance tracking, while gaining exposure to quality systems, compliance frameworks and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment. Remote role, must reside in Rochester, NY.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with SharePoint and file management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor files.
• Upload vendor files from shared file into one trust.
• Loading information into SharePoint.
• Assist with various projects in relation to vendor management.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
