Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transition historical quality records and archived documentation from paper-based storage to an organized, searchable electronic archive.
• Inventory archived records and documentation.
• Organize and categorize files according to retention schedules and document classifications.
• Scan records and archived documents.
• Verify image quality and document completeness.
• Perform metadata entry and file indexing.
• Assist with electronic file naming and folder structure standardization.
• Conduct quality checks on digitized records.
• Support tracking and reconciliation of archived materials.
• Assist in preparing records for long-term electronic storage.
