Responsibilities

• Inventory archived records and documentation.
• Organize files by retention schedules and classifications.
• Scan records and verify image quality.
• Index metadata and standardize file naming/folder structure.
• Perform quality checks on digitized records.
• Support tracking and reconciliation of archived materials.
• Prepare records for long-term electronic storage.
