Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workers' Compensation Premium Audit experience.
• 6+ years of overall commercial insurance experience.
• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage premium audit operations through team leads and staff to maintain quality and productivity.
• Translate business segment strategy into actionable audit plans and day-to-day execution.
• Oversee internal audit processes and vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Monitor audit completion rates, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Analytics to identify profitability trends.
