Job summary

Texas Windstorm Insurance Association is seeking a Quality & Training Lead to advance underwriting quality, training effectiveness, and operational excellence. You will lead QA programs, design learning solutions, and drive data‑driven improvements across the organization.

You will partner with underwriting leaders to implement initiatives, develop dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance while championing continuous improvement in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, training, compliance, process improvement, or related operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading quality assurance and training functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and training programs to improve underwriting quality and training effectiveness.
• Update QA practices in response to underwriting, regulatory, and industry changes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for quality and operational improvements.
• Design and maintain role-specific training programs aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with underwriting leaders to support process improvements and system changes.
• Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
