Job summary

Coterie Insurance is seeking a Quality Assurance and Training Analyst to promote operational excellence through QA, auditing, process improvement, and employee development. You will partner across teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness while supporting onboarding and ongoing growth of staff.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, auditing, compliance, or training.
• Property & Casualty Producer License in home state or ability to obtain and maintain licensing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage quality assurance programs across workflows.
• Conduct audits of processes, transactions, and workflows to identify gaps.
• Audit automated systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process docs, and training materials.
• Develop onboarding resources and learning materials for new hires.
