First Roles is seeking a Risk Management professional to support healthcare quality and risk initiatives in a largely remote role with periodic onsite visits to Wisconsin or northern Illinois. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in risk management or a related field and approximately five years of healthcare quality/risk experience.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of federal, state and other external health care regulations and standards.
• Experience with continuous quality improvement tools and concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven focus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with claims adjustors and defense counsel in managing claims, establishing reserves and obtaining medical records.
• Generates monthly and quarterly risk management reports, analyzing trends for leadership and process improvement.
• Investigates patient concerns to identify root causes and ensures timely, equitable resolutions.
• Coordinates quality improvement initiatives with Aurora/AatH leadership and other departments.
• Reviews patient care records against guidelines to ensure standards of care are met.
• Provides教育al programs and resources on safety, risk management, and quality initiatives.
