Responsibilities

• Collaborates with claims adjustors and defense counsel to manage claims.
• Assess liability, establish reserves, and maintain case files.
• Procure medical records and documents for evaluation.
• Develop monthly and quarterly risk management reports.
• Identify trends in patient concerns and coordinate resolution.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and safety programs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and FMEA methodologies.
