Job summary

Knowledge Services is seeking a Third-Party Review Analyst to serve as a key QA partner, conducting independent case reviews and driving continuous quality improvement for Eligibility staff. The role ensures alignment with State and Federal policy, providing data-driven insights and coaching to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Public Assistance experience (SNAP, TANF & Medicaid) with familiarity in state programs and systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coach and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent reviews of eligibility case processing using state-approved methodologies.
• Score, document, and report on review outcomes daily across programs.
• Provide coaching to eligibility staff based on findings and trends.
