Job summary

Together Women’s Health, LLC is seeking a Manager of Quality Performance & Reporting to lead the organization’s MIPS reporting, quality programs, and payer incentive initiatives across the practice network. You will oversee quality initiatives and ensure alignment with value-based care objectives.

The role partners with clinical leadership, practice operations, finance, and analytics to translate quality strategy into reimbursement and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree (MHA, MPH, MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare quality or population health experience; MIPS reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIPS program including measure selection, data validation, monitoring, and submission.
• Oversee quality reporting across CMS categories and audit-ready documentation.
• Develop dashboards and monitor quality metrics at provider levels.
• Collaborate with CMO, physicians, and practice managers to drive engagement.
