Job summary

Together Women’s Health is seeking a Manager of Quality Performance & Reporting to lead MIPS reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and payer quality incentive programs across its practice network. The role partners with clinical leadership, operations, finance, and analytics to align quality with reimbursement and value-based care goals.

The position is remote with occasional travel to payor meetings or sites as needed, and requires 5+ years in healthcare quality with direct MIPS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare quality or population health experience.
• Direct experience managing MIPS reporting is required.
• Experience with commercial payer incentive programs and HEDIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIPS program oversight across the organization’s initiatives.
• Manage quality reporting for pay-for-performance contracts.
• Oversee data integrity, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to drive improvements.
