Barnes Aerospace seeks a Quality Manager, QMS & Process Excellence to lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of harmonized Quality Management System processes across our global aerospace portfolio. This enterprise role combines global process ownership with regional Quality partnership, serving as the principal Quality contact for North America or Europe/Asia Operations leadership.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Quality, manufacturing, engineering, or operational-excellence experience in a complex manufacturing environment; aerospace experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/AS9110 and applicable aviation regulations; familiarity with AS13100 is preferred.
• Experience translating business and Quality-process requirements into ERP, MES, QMS, or other digital-workflow solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, harmonization, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Barnes Aerospace Quality Management System across multiple global sites.
• Own assigned enterprise Quality processes, standards, procedures, tools, training, and performance measures.
• Translate requirements into scalable QMS processes that support aviation regulations and customer-specific requirements.
• Define and maintain global QMS architecture, procedures, maps, roles, and minimum operating standards.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and site Quality to deploy Quality processes within ERP, MES, QMS, and related tools.
• Establish and monitor enterprise Quality metrics, trends, and risk indicators with leadership.
• Lead cross-site deployment, change management, training support, and adoption activities.
• Identify systemic issues and drive cross-site learning and corrective actions.
