Advocate Health is seeking a remote-enabled role focused on healthcare quality, data analysis, and reporting. You will contribute to value-based outcomes, develop quality measures, and lead enterprise reporting initiatives to improve health outcomes across the system.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in healthcare administration, quality intelligence, or related fields, and strong skills in data visualization, statistics, and MS Office.

Competenze

• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and visual materials; maintain statistical data.

Mansioni

• Contributes to system-wide Quality/Health Outcomes measure development and definitions.
• Leads enterprise-wide reports, processes, workflows, tools to improve health outcomes.
• Manages data quality, validation, and data integrity across reporting feeds.
• Develops quality intelligence solutions (dashboards, visualizations) for end users.
• Interacts with external payer partners and internal leaders to align priorities.
