Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior quality and data analytics professional to support value-based programs. This fully remote role focuses on data validation, reporting, and quality measure development.

Work with department leaders to drive improvements, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity in EHR data feeds and payer reporting across the enterprise.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in health administration or a related field and about 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains quality data collection and reporting processes.
• Leads data validation and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Creates dashboards and visualizations for internal and external reporting.
• Interacts with stakeholders to drive improvements in value-based programs.
• Supports development of reports and files used for reporting across the department.
