Advocate Health's Value Enablement Services – Value Based team seeks a Quality Intelligence Specialist to drive measure development, data collection, and reporting for system-wide quality programs. The role collaborates with departments to improve payer data feeds, create dashboards, and analyze performance, leveraging HEDIS/NCQA expertise and statistical methods.

This fully remote role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in health care administration, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in health or quality fields.
• Experience with quality measures such as HEDIS/NCQA is preferred.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and adoption of quality data processes for value-based measures.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external reporting.
• Coordinate with care teams to improve quality and payer data feeds.
