Advocate Health is seeking a Quality Data Specialist for a full-time remote role. You will develop dashboards and reports to support value-based care and health outcomes across the enterprise, with a daytime schedule from 9am to 5pm local time.

This is a fully remote position available in multiple states. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and about five years in healthcare administration or quality analytics; HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop enterprise-wide reports, processes, workflows, tools, and initiatives to improve health outcomes.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for quality initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and optimization of quality data; support business intelligence and data integrity.
• Collaborate with external payer partners and internal teams to drive quality improvements.
