Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned Quality Intelligence professional to support value-based program analytics. The role is fully remote within the United States, with typical daytime hours Monday to Friday.

You will lead data collection, reporting, and quality measure development, work with EHR data, and collaborate with care teams across the enterprise to improve payer quality performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Demonstrates knowledge of value-based agreements, ACOs, and related healthcare models.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and adoption of processes for accurate quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Maintains programming specifications and code lists for all quality measures.
• Leads Quality Intelligence meetings with key stakeholders.
• Tracks and trends value-based payer quality performance data to inform department strategy.
• Develops reports, files, and dashboards for internal and external reporting.
• Performs data validation to assure data accuracy and integrity.
