Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; typically 5 years in health care administration, project management, or quality analytics.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Experience with CMS, NCQA HEDIS, MA Stars or related guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and adoption of quality data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Maintain data validation and data quality for quality measures in value-based agreements.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate quality insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to drive improvements in value-based care outcomes.
