Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Quality Intelligence professional to drive data-driven improvements in value-based care. The role focuses on developing quality measures, reporting, and dashboards, ensuring data integrity across departments, and supporting system-wide quality outcomes.

The candidate will lead data validation, collaborate with data professionals, and help develop EHR tools to capture complete data aligned with payer requirements and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and effectively maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data, make inferences, and validate conclusions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Demonstrates knowledge of value-based agreements, ACOs, integrated healthcare operations and value-based health care models.
• Knowledge of CMS, NCQA HEDIS, MA Stars and evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adoption of processes for accurate quality data collection and reporting.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with key stakeholders.
• Manage interpretation, analysis, and communication of Quality data across departments.
• Develop reports, files, and databases for internal and external reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and optimization of quality data and support BI workflows.
