Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a seasoned Quality Intelligence professional to lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for value-based care initiatives. You will collaborate with healthcare leaders to improve data quality, develop dashboards, and support internal/external reporting with strong statistical insight.

Responsibilities include leading quality data projects, developing EHR tools for data capture, and ensuring data integrity across payer programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years in Health Care Administration, Project Management, Quality Intelligence, or related field.
• HEDIS/NCQA Payor experience
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Project Management methodology and tools.
• Statistical techniques to support analysis and interpretation of data.
• Ability to create reports, graphs, and other visual presentation materials, and effectively maintain statistical data.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills with ability to analyze complex data, make inferences, and validate conclusions
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Knowledge of CMS, NCQA HEDIS, MA Stars and evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and adoption of processes for accurate quality data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Leads Quality Intelligence meetings with key stakeholders and analyzes value-based payer performance data.
• Develops improved EHR tools to ensure complete data capture and support value-based priorities.
• Participates in reports, files, and databases used for internal/external reporting.
• Supports BI, dashboards, data visualizations, and data integrity across departments.
