Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant based in the United States to advance healthcare quality outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.

You will develop quality measurement strategies, optimize reporting processes, and transform complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence, collaborating with clinicians, leaders, and external payer partners in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional healthcare administration or quality improvement experience.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs is preferred.
• Proficient in statistical techniques for healthcare performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality measurement strategies and definitions.
• Lead enterprise-wide quality reporting and dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable improvement plans.
• Monitor external reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality intelligence meetings with stakeholders.
