Jobgether seeks a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant to advance healthcare quality outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. The role focuses on developing quality measurement strategies, optimizing reporting processes, and transforming complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, leaders, and external partners to drive performance improvements across value-based care programs in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare/administrative or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare administration, project management, or quality intelligence experience.
• Experience with HEDIS/NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality measurement, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in statistical methods and interpreting healthcare data.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality measures and reporting.
• Monitor external quality programs and regulatory requirements to stay aligned with standards.
• Maintain measure definitions, code lists, and data mappings with data/tech teams.
• Lead the creation of dashboards, reports, and tools to improve quality and outcomes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and data-feed reviews.
• Communicate insights to clinicians, leaders, and external partners.
