Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant in the United States. The role focuses on data-driven quality improvements, dashboards, and analytic tools to support value-based care and strategic initiatives.

Remote collaboration with clinical teams, executives, and payer partners is central. You will lead enterprise-wide quality reporting, coordinate with data professionals, and shape measurement strategies to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence, or related field.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
• Proficient in project management, timelines, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in statistical techniques and analytical methods to evaluate healthcare performance.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, and maintaining statistical information.
• Knowledge of CMS quality programs, NCQA HEDIS, MA Star Ratings, and evidence-based guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop quality measurement strategies and enterprise-wide reporting.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain specifications, measure definitions, and code lists for quality measures.
• Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide reports, workflows, and tools.
• Establish processes for accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate interpretation of quality data with stakeholders and translate findings into actions.
• Develop reporting files, databases, and data infrastructure to support reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation activities.
