Mountain Pacific, a Montana-based nonprofit, seeks a Quality Improvement Advisor II to partner with IHS, tribally-operated and UI organizations. This remote, full-time role focuses on quality assurance and performance improvement across contracts, driving alignment and stakeholder satisfaction while meeting internal and external metrics.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least seven years of healthcare experience, with strong project management,

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 7 years' healthcare experience.
• Experience with QA and PI methods across contracts.
• Experience with IHS/UIO a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the client’s strategic consultant and quality improvement coach to drive organizational alignment and contract performance.
• Deliver tailored service solutions and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.
• Ensure client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction and meet internal/external metrics.
