OneStream Software in the United States is seeking a Manager, Quality Engineering to lead a team of Quality Engineers and SDETs, driving the quality strategy across product teams with emphasis on risk-based exploratory testing and automation.

Qualifications

5+ years in software quality and quality engineering practices.
Experience with exploratory testing, test automation, observability, and continuous delivery.
Ability to coach and mentor engineers and drive cross-team alignment.
Excellent communication with executive, product, and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach QEs and SDETs across multiple product teams to align with the quality strategy.
Enable risk-based exploratory testing through charter creation and story-driven test design.
Drive automation maturity and ownership of test suites and checks.
Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align quality activities with delivery goals and risk tolerance.
Partner with automation architects and regression staff to ensure scalable automation coverage.
Establish practices for environment lifecycle, governance, and incident response.
