Job summary

Acerqc in the United States is seeking dedicated team members to join our Quality Control group. This remote role invites self-motivated individuals who can communicate clearly by phone and email, and who are comfortable using a computer to record data.

Responsibilities include calling on our customers' employees to check performance, and preparing and sending reports to the manager. Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with motivation to work independently.
• Phone and computer skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to speak clearly and explain information.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Access is helpful.
