Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Quality Audit Analyst/Trainer to plan and conduct training, perform detailed audits, and analyze programs. The role requires ensuring compliance with processes and standards while delivering timely and accurate work.

You will develop desk-level procedures for provider data entry and drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have health insurance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 2 years of health insurance experience or 4 years' experience in health insurance.
• Analytical and mathematical skills.
• Experience preparing reports and analyzing data.
• Interpersonal skills for meeting with employees and management on performance measurements.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in making decisions independently with minimal supervision.
• Project management skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage daily work load and meet deadlines.
• PC proficiency to include Word and Excel and databases.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct training, perform detailed audits, analyze programs, and manage projects.
• Ensure that processes and procedures are followed and work is performed timely, accurately and within processes/standards.
• Create procedural documents (DLP - desk level procedure) that will be utilized for provider data entry.
